Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within India only.

Processing time
Every piece is made to order, so we need a little time to produce it. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered in 3–5 business days. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pin codes may take slightly longer. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Payment
We accept prepaid orders only — UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through secure checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delays
Once an order is handed to our courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by them. We're not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control — but we'll always help you chase a delayed parcel.
