1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of leafhood.co.in and any purchase from LeafHood ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Our products are made to order and printed on demand. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final garment. We reserve the right to update prices, products, and drops at any time.

3. Limited drops
Our collections are released as limited runs — typically 250 pieces per colourway — and are not restocked once a drop sells through. Availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed only at checkout.

4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Payment
We accept prepaid payment only — UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, artwork, and content on this site are the property of LeafHood and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content or products for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeafHood is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
